Looking for a free activity for new moms in Castle Rock? Join FIT4MOM Castle Rock for a FREE Tummy Time + Connection Event designed for moms with babies and those newly navigating motherhood.
Led by a local community expert, this educational and supportive event helps moms understand the importance of tummy time, learn simple ways to support their baby’s development, and connect with other local moms in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
This free event is perfect for new moms, postpartum moms, and moms with babies, as well as expectant moms who want to feel confident before baby arrives. Space is limited, and registration is required.

This supportive and welcoming event is a chance to get out of the house, and meet other local moms.
After our walk, we’ll celebrate Cinco de Mayo by heading over to tacos together for anyone who wants to join us!
