Our 6-week FIT4BABY program is Castle Rock's prenatal fitness community for expecting moms at every trimester. Classes are led by certified pre- and postnatal instructors and focus on safe, strength-building movement to prepare your body for labor, delivery, and recovery.
Every session includes educational Q&As with local prenatal and postpartum specialists — from pelvic floor therapy to labor support — plus a small, supportive group of local moms to grow alongside.

Each trimester has unique nutritional needs, and focusing on whole foods helps you stay strong, fueled, and feeling your best
Mental Health
This week centers on mindful breathing and body awareness—tools that help reduce stress, support your emotional well-being, and prepare you for labor. Through gentle exercises and daily moments of mindfulness, you’ll learn to tune in to your body, honor its strength, and connect more deeply with your growing baby.
Emotional Health
This week focuses on emotional health during pregnancy, helping you understand mood swings caused by hormones, physical changes, and life transitions. Through rest, self-care, mindfulness, and small joy-filled activities, you can nurture your well-being and navigate each trimester with more calm and confidence.
Joint Health
This week focuses on easing pregnancy-related stiffness and soreness caused by weight gain, fluid retention, and shifting joints. Gentle movement, stretching, hydration, and self-care practices can help you stay comfortable, support your body, and feel your best at every trimester.
Birth Health
Our last week focuses on preparing your body and mind for labor, emphasizing pelvic floor awareness, core engagement, and relaxation techniques. Combining knowledge, movement, and mindfulness across each trimester helps support a smoother, more positive birth experience.
