At FIT4MOM Castle Rock, community is at the heart of everything we do. Each week, we offer a variety of connection-focused events designed to support moms and families both inside and outside of class. Some events are exclusive to members, while others are completely free and open to the Castle Rock community—because every mom deserves support and belonging.

From free weekly playgroups where kids can play and moms can relax and connect, to Mom’s Nights Out, monthly book club gatherings, and family-friendly Village events that include spouses and kids, there’s always something happening.
