FAQs
Can I try a class before joining?
Yes! We encourage trying a class or a small pack first. No long-term commitment is required — just show up and see how it fits your life.
Do I need to commit to every class?
For your first class, yes! After that, nope! Come when you can — every class counts, even if you can’t make them all. Our programs are designed to fit real life, not require perfection.
What if I’m a working mom and my schedule is unpredictable?
We’ve got you. We offer flexible options like drop-in classes, small packs, and short sessions so you can participate without feeling stressed. Come when it works for you.
Do I need to be in shape to join?
Absolutely not. We welcome moms at every stage — prenatal, postpartum, or anywhere in between. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you feel stronger, not judged.
However; we do ask that you have been cleared by your OB after delivery (6-8 weeks postpartum)
How old does my child need to be to attend playgroups?
Our weekly playgroups are for local families with children of all ages. Kids can play safely while moms connect, laugh, and recharge.
What is Mom’s Night Out like?
It’s a relaxed monthly evening for Castle Rock moms to connect, take a break, and enjoy fun activities. Come as you are — no pressure, no expectations, just community and laughter.
What if I miss a class?
No worries! Each class is standalone — you’ll still benefit and feel connected. We also offer flexible options so you can make up or pick up classes when your schedule allows.
Do I need to RSVP for events like playgroups or Mom’s Night Out?
It’s helpful for planning, but it’s not required. These events are designed to be flexible and welcoming — show up when it works for you.
How do I know which class is right for me?
Our instructors will guide you based on your stage — prenatal, postpartum, or beyond. If you’re unsure, just reach out — we’ll help you find the best fit for your goals and lifestyle.
How can I learn more or get started?
Click “Try a Class” or reach out — we’ll help you find the best way to participate, whether it’s a single class, a flexible pack, or just dropping by a community event.
