From Monday, September 14th through Saturday, September 19th, all of our classes are FREE for first-time moms. It’s the perfect opportunity to come experience a workout, meet our village, and see what FIT4MOM Castle Rock is all about—no pressure, no experience necessary.
Whether you're pregnant, a new mom, chasing a toddler, or navigating the preschool years, there's a place for you here.
What to Expect
At FIT4MOM Castle Rock, we're so much more than workouts.
We're mommy & me classes, coffee chats, playgroups, Mom's Nights Out, field trips, encouragement, friendships, and a whole lot of fun for the kids.
During FREE WEEK, you can:
- 💪 Try a FIT4MOM class for free
- 👟 Meet other moms in your community
- 🧸 Bring your little ones along
- ☕ Connect and chat with other moms
- 🛝 Stay for our playgroup after class, where moms and kiddos ages 0–5 can play and connect

⏰ Stroller Classes: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9:30 AM

👩👧👦 Who It's For: Pregnant moms, moms with babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and moms in every stage of motherhood
🧸 Playgroup: After class for moms and kiddos ages 0–5
💰 Cost: FREE for first-time moms
