Job Description

• Passionate about fitness

• Fitness experience a plus, but not necessary (we train!)

• Must have availability to teach in all locations

• Exudes confidence

• Passionate about creating community

• Comfortable selling memberships to new clients, but not required. Teaching a great class is most important.

• COMMITTED to our village - willing to show up to events outside of teaching and to other instructors classes.

• Motivated to help us grow

• Excited to be a part of our team

What We're Looking For:

• Someone that can lead and make decisions on the fly

• You can grab the attention of up to 8 - 12 moms at once

• Able to motivate and excite the members

• Isn't afraid to be loud and assertive

• Comfortable correcting form and pushing others to their limit

Requirements include:

• Must become certified in Fit4Mom Foundations $99

• This course will provide you with a solid understanding and practical knowledge to train the female client, both physically and mentally, alongside learning what it takes to be a great FIT4MOM Instructor.

• Must become certified in desired format (Stroller Strides, Strides 360, Stroller Barre) $99 - $199

• CPR/First Aid certified
