Hi Mamas! I am so excited to be the owner of Fit4Mom Castle Rock! I found Fit4Mom (stroller strides in particular) when my daughter, JJ, was 6 weeks old. I was looking for a way to be active with JJ and through Fit4Mom I found that and so much more! The community I found here is what kept me coming back! As moms, we are pulled in a million different directions and stroller strides became my hour to focus on me. I've made friends at Fit4Mom who understand the struggle and who accept me as I am (spit up on my tank top and all!) and I am so passionate about helping other moms find this community. When the opportunity to become the owner of Fit4Mom Castle Rock presented itself, I could not let it pass! I can't wait to embark on this journey in motherhood with all of you!
That's how I got started with Fit4Mom, but before my daughter, I was always very active. I grew up playing soccer and was fortunate enough to play college soccer at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. After college, while I was studying law and business at the University of Denver, I got into endurance sports. Until JJ was born, I competed in Ironman triathlons and I still enjoy distance running. Health and fitness have always been cornerstones of my life and I am so glad that as a mom I can model that for JJ through Fit4Mom!
Hello! I have been a Stroller Strides member for two years and have completed three sessions of Body Back which have won me over! As a Colorado native, what a better way to workout outside during the Summer with my kiddos! My littles, Tyler she is a sassy 2yr old, and Tate my 6mo old who is a love bug, keep me very busy!more
Hey there! I am a Native to Colorado who enjoys the outdoors, country music, and hangin' with my sweet family. I am wife to Nate, my sweet and funny hubby and mom to Cohen and Evan. I have degrees in Communication/PR/Marketing, Interior Design, and am Group Fitness Certified. I am also Stroller Barre certified and Fit4Baby certified. I also have a passion for staying fit, but a weakness for Gummy Bears! I guess that's what they call 'balanced,' right?!?more
