Come train with a group of like minded ladies! We all run at different paces, this group is designed with that in mind! Times vary based on time of year, and so do distances. New sessions all the time, or drop in anytime to get your run in for the day!
First Race: Platte River Relay 4/9/17 (race registration an additional fee)
Training: Thursdays (7pm) and Sundays (7am) ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME!
What: Training technique, nutrition and little homework assignments!
