Body Back® is a nationally-renowned, results-based workout designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class.

First time Body Back members MUST include the nutritional component (Nutrition Mamas) for 2 months before deciding to possibly move to the workout-only option. This is to guarantee your SUCCESS!
What Does Body Back® Include?
Nutrition Mamas Coaching Membership:
Wednesdays at 6:30pm-7:30pm (Ashava Yoga, 732 N. Wilcox
Saturdays, 8am-9am (Planet Cheer)
$65/mo: Workouts ONLY (for Body Back alumnae of 2 months or more)
-All members must be Nutrition Mamas for a minimum of 2 months to ensure they have the strongest nutritional foundation possible to compliment their workouts
